As part of the founding team in Gothenburg, you will play a key role in building up our presence in Sweden. Together with a small, dedicated team, you will actively help establish INVENSITY as a trusted engineering consultancy in the Scandinavian market. You’ll operate with the freedom and mindset of a startup – backed by the expertise and structure of a global company.

• Plan and perform inspections at our client’s site in Finspång, at suppliers in Sweden and across Europe
• Follow up inspection results and actively drive the closure of open findings and non-conformities
• Participate in project and supplier meetings and represent quality and inspection topics
• Ensure accuracy, repeatability, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards
• Work in close collaboration with engineering to clarify technical questions and define inspection scope
• Drive process and product validation activities, analyze results, and document findings in clear, structured technical reports

• Share and expand your technical know-how: Get onboarded to global organization's Center of Excellence and collaborate with technical experts in your area

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or similar
• 3+ years of hands-on inspection experience, ideally in Oil & Gas, power generation or other complex industrial projects
• Strong understanding of quality requirements and standards for pressure equipment and structures, e.g. PED, ASME or structural design codes
• Knowledge of SAP, PLM2020 or similar ERP systems is a plus 
• Exceptionally structured and detail-oriented working style, with the ability to drive quality topics in dynamic, cross-functional environments
• Comfortable working in dynamic environments, with a strong desire to contribute to the growth of a new location and be part of a global team
• Willingness to travel 
• Business fluent in Swedish and English
