EMEA Field Marketing Team
The Field Marketing team will focus on building out integrated marketing campaigns for all of our 10 countries across EMEA. They have full ownership over the strategy ensuring we have an integrated approach including events, webinars, advertising, digital and more. Okta is a growth organisation with a big focus this year on winning new logos; this team is the pivotal engine behind this growth with lots of innovation planned this year.
Role of SME Marketing Executive
In this role you will act as the Regional Marketing Manager to support a number of regions across our Go-to-Market organisation in EMEA. We split our organisation by segmentation focusing on mid-market, Enterprise and Strategic accounts with dedicated sales teams for each. You would partner with cross functional teams to support all segments across the EMEA region.
As a SME Marketing Executive you will…
- Develop and execute on multi-channel campaigns that drive leads and qualified opportunities through the middle and bottom of the sales funnel.
- Adopt a strong channel mindset with a plan to expand Okta’s reach via our partner ecosystem
- Become as key partner to the Sales organisation collaborating with Sales Directors and VPs.
- Use analytics and intent signals to identify high engaged prospects with a propensity to buy
- Leverage third-party lead development agencies where necessary
- Collaborate within Marketing cross functionally using the expertise of the global Campaign Marketing, Communications and Marketing Operations teams to develop compelling marketing campaigns.
- Drive innovation by bringing new ideas and experimenting with new marketing channels and tools.
- Operate with a data driven approach to identify trends, optimise campaigns and report on KPIs that will inform the right decisions
You would be a great fit for this role if you have:
- Experience in a demand generation / marketing position within an B2B technology organisation
- Understand the full spectrum of marketing channels from events, email, digital, advertising, content etc and bring a integrated marketing mindset
- Strong analytical abilities. You love working with data, analysing outcomes, and scoping out key insights to establish continuous optimisation.
- Understanding of growth marketing tactics and best practices
- Ability to convert insights into action
- Experience working in a fast paced and high growth environment where you may have to wear multiple hats
- Agency and vendor management experience
- Strong communication skills and comfortable working with sales and leadership teams
- Ability to work independently, own and drive a strategy end-to-end and lead cross-functional initiatives
