Employee Engagement & Change management Lead
While we are entering a new phase in Doctolib's history, culture will be the key ingredient to support the associated changes. The position of Employee Engagement & Change Lead, within the People development & Culture global team, will be essential in helping Doctolib and its employees find the right pace to deliver this growth, in an engaging and efficient way.
The role is located in our Levallois HQ, but the position is global, i.e., with an impact in all Doctolib countries (currently: France, Germany, Italy, and the Netherlands).
Missions 1- Change management and Employee Engagement: Facilitate major company transformations through successful change strategies. Align our corporate culture with our new growth paradigm to improve employee engagement and performance.Main projects:
- Based on the existing definitions or our Culture
- Make sure it’s understood by employees
- Measure where we should do a culture stretch as a company
- Drive change where needed, so that there is a complete alignment between who we are, who we want to be and who we say we are
- Drive change for our global programs, such as
- AI transformation and innovation boost
- Transformative business projects
- Employees experience initiatives
- Ad hoc company projects (ex.: post merger integrations)
Main projects:
- Create and repurpose compelling stories with both internal and external impact on our employer brand
- Ensure the adoption of our advocacy program to empower our Doctolibers as brand ambassadors
Main projects:
- Manage our current employee listening tool by managing vendor relationships, and providing support to users
- Develop and execute strategies for tool adoption, especially towards management
- Maximize usage of to enhance employee listening and engagement within the organization
- Suggest other actions or channels to enhance employees listening
You could be our next teammate if you:
- master change management,
- possess a deep understanding of corporate culture,
- are a structured project manager, able to run several projects simultaneously while managing stakeholders,
- demonstrate excellent internal communication abilities, and are a true storyteller,
- have a creative mindset with the ability to present information in an engaging format,
- combine strategic thinking and a hands-on approach as a solution maker,
- are bilingual - ideally native - in English,
- have a first experience of 3 years on these topics.
