We are looking for Employee Experience Lead who will assist in the development and implementation of programs aimed at enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction. Coordinating events and managing communication efforts, while ensuring a positive experience for all employees.

 

What you’ll be spending your time on:

  • Event Coordination:o Organize and manage employee engagement events such as team-building activities, cultural celebrations, and volunteer initiatives.o Coordinate logistics, budgets, vendors, and communications for events.
  • Communication and Administration:o Maintain internal communication channels, including newsletters and intranet updates.o Provide administrative support to the Employee Experience team, including scheduling meetings and managing documentation.
  • Feedback and Improvement:o Gather and analyze feedback from employees through surveys and focus groups.o Assist in the development of strategies to improve employee satisfaction and engagement based on feedback.
  • Collaboration:o Work closely with various departments to align employee experience initiatives with organizational goals.o Support HR and management teams in implementing employee experience projects.

For this role you are/have also:

  • Experienced in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Have previous experience in a client-facing role or customer service.
  • Familiar with employee engagement and satisfaction measurement tools.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

 

Have you done this kind of stuff?  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in event management, HR, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS or similar systems.

 

Working Conditions:

  • May require occasional work on weekends, holidays, and evenings to support events and initiatives.
  • Ability to respond to urgent issues outside of standard working hours when necessary.
