The role

We’re looking for a dedicated individual to join our Enablement Operations team within the wider Merchant Operations group. Your primary tasks will be managing a range of operational processes and workflows, such as helping to ensure the successful onboarding of new customers, handling migrations to and away from GoCardless or the seamless upgrades of existing customers.

Based in our London office, you will interact with a number of different teams across the company, such as Customer Support, Customer Success, Billing, Compliance and Engineering. You will also be the main point of contact for the Customer teams regarding operational queries around getting customers ready to use our product, so being able to communicate in a clear and concise manner is imperative.
