We are looking for an Engineering Lead to drive our team in developing challenging software that will be deployed in the real world. This position will help the team execute effectively through technical guidance, careful prioritization and using best practices for complex software systems.

• Work across our entire stack to develop new products, features, and tools for our customers' autonomy and automotive development workflows
• Identify and scope complex engineering challenges, design elegant solutions, and lead implementation across teams.
• Influence the technical strategy of the team when balancing work on new features, scaling challenges, and technical debt.
• Ensure the team delivers high-quality software that can fulfill the project requirements

• MSc in computer science, robotics or related fields from a top institution
• 7-10+ years of experience in shipping complex software 
• Proven experience designing and implementing solutions to complex architectural problems
• Production experience writing in C++, Python, TypeScript, or Go
• Experience mentoring software engineers

• Experience working directly with end users
• Experience building software for technical end users
