The team
You will be working on business problems that have a direct impact on company growth and revenue; driving customer utilisation and retention through experimentation on our merchant-facing dashboard.
This role will be working within the Accelerate Revenue team. Accelerate Revenue is a cross-functional organisation with a mission to help our customers get the most out of GoCardless. This means helping them better use our platform, helping them discover new products and services, and helping them grow their business with us. As a result, this team expects to deliver over £50m in incremental revenue over the next 5 years. To help us achieve this, we're deploying product and marketing growth initiatives that need to be truly customer-centric to succeed.
The role
This role will work closely with a Product Designer and Growth Product Manager to lead the in-product improvements that help our customers and drive revenue. You will also collaborate closely with our team of marketers, who guide customers along their journey with targeted communications. As part of a Product Growth team, you will have the autonomy and freedom to move fast in solving problems in the highest impact area, while working towards our wider product vision.
You will have responsibility for a team of four software engineers and will work closely with commercial and operational stakeholders. Your team will contribute to various codebases across the whole product, we are frequent contributors to codebases responsible for the customer dashboard and primarily use React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Ruby on Rails, Postgres, BigQuery, Google Cloud Platform. Problems we solve range from improving utilisation rates to converting payers better or driving uptake of our other products and features.
