With our product, businesses can collect, manage and document user consents on websites and apps, and achieve full compliance in accordance with global privacy regulations while facilitating high consent rates and building trust with their customers.We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager (m / f / d) who has special competencies as a Manager and Leader and encompasses to contribute with this knowledge towards the leadership team when needed to grow the company and give sparring to not so experienced managers.You will be in a central role for the technical development teams and the key in the communication between internal stakeholders in other teams and departments when needed. Besides from the daily management of the team members you will act as delivery manager for initiatives in the overall roadmap and make sure we deliver with quality and effectiveness.

• Profound engineering experience
• Bachelor's degree in the engineering field
• Previous coding experience and a basic or enhanced understanding of software architecture and design
• 5+ years of experience in technical management/leadership that involves e.g 1:1, motivation techniques, performance reviews, building teams and determining the need for training and talent development, providing clear and concise instructions to engineering teams, …
• 3+ years experience with delivery management
• Experience in working within a Cloud based company is a plus
• A product-oriented mindset: You like offering technical solutions to business problems together with in cooperation with the teams
