The Enterprise Regional Marketing Specialist role supports the development, execution, and optimization of marketing programs targeting Enterprise US Accounts: Responsibilities Include:- Collaboration on program Planning and execution: Partner with the AMER Enterprise Regional Marketing and Sales team to plan and execute demand gen programs including events, digital programs, partner programs, outbound programs and campaigns. This includes traveling to and managing onsite events.
- Team interlock: Serve as the interlock for the AMER Enterprise Regional marketing team and the other AMER segment RMMs (Commercial, Strategic, PubSec) as well as the various Enterprise xDR teams, ensuring information is shared and everyone is aware of programming and what is being shared amongst the teams.
- Project Management: Work with internal teams and external resources to support the creation of campaign assets including campaign creative, email copy and sequences, suggested content, and other compelling offers
- Reporting: Help the team efficiently and effectively measure channel performance, program ROI and marketing funnel health and performance by region.
- Operational Excellence: Support Salesforce campaign creation, 6Sense audience development/management and target list creation, campaign briefs, and enablement tools/materials for Sales stakeholders including SDRs and Account Executives.
- 1-2 years of experience in B2B tech marketing
- Experience with marketing and sales tools such as Salesforce, Splash, 6sense, Marketo, Asana, and Splash
- Analytical skills and a knack for data analysis and reporting leveraging tools
- 1-2 years in sales development rep or sales support role
- Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills
- Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail
- Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
- Ability to travel if necessary
Below is the annual base salary range for candidates located in California, Colorado, New York and Washington. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies. The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, New York, and Washington is between:$61,000—$91,000 USD The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in the San Francisco Bay area is between: $68,000—$102,000 USDWhat you can look forward to as an Okta employee!
