About the Role:

The Deliveroo Enterprise Technology team conceives, designs, builds and sustains the IT services powering Deliveroo’s internal teams globally, as we transform the way customers eat. As an Enterprise Service Management Specialist I - Asset Management & JML you will be responsible for supporting the documenting of our Technology Asset Management lifecycle. You will also be responsible for ensuring we are tracking, managing and reporting on all Enterprise Technology assets. 

You will work closely with colleagues within Enterprise Technology (ET) including Workplace Technology, Operations and with partners outside of ET to ensure all assets are recorded, tracked and maintained in accordance with Asset Management policy. 

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Contribute to the running of Policy and Process.
  • Analysing and optimising the purchase, deployment, maintenance, utilisation, and disposal of Technology Assets within Deliveroo.
  • Contributing to the assurance of the end-to-end Technology Asset Management lifecycle. 
  • Ensuring licences no longer required are reclaimed/recycled and where possible reducing licensing commitment with vendors
  • Utilising the Technology Asset Management toolset in order to support managing software & hardware assets, ensuring assets are assigned and managed within Deliveroo policy.
  • Presenting dashboards and reporting of key metrics within the ET Technology Asset Management’s scope. All reporting should be in live dashboards, allowing self service.
  • Collaborating with and influencing colleagues and teams outside of your direct control, to ensure Technology Asset Management policies and processes are adhered to.
  • Support any Technology Asset Management audit activity both internally and externally.
  • Contribute to making the ET elements of JML a pleasure for our employees and stakeholders.
  • Ensuring new joiner requests are processed on time and hardware is ordered in a in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring leaver requests are processed on time and hardware is collected in a timely manner utilising third party suppliers.
  • Collaborating with hardware supplier(s) and business leads to ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained at all times.
  • Making individual onboarding and offboarding status visible to hiring managers and stakeholders. Learn from stakeholders how to continually improve their experience.
  • Contributing to meeting JML Service Expectations & Service Levels

Requirements:

  • Understanding of Technology Asset Management standards, Policy, Process,
  • Understanding of ITIL / Service Management 
  • Comfortable communicating the right level of detail with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Be highly organised and able to manage workload effectively. Strong communication skills at all levels within the organisation.
  • Experience of utilising ITSM tooling (e.g ServiceNow) for Asset Management.

We’re also interested in…

  • Building automated dashboards with DataStudio (or similar), integrated with target systems
  • Accreditations in ITIL / Service Management / ISO 20000/1
  • Experience creating and implementing Technology Asset Management Policy, Process and Strategy.
  • Experience in building and improving dashboards and data insights using ServiceNow and Looker Studio.
