• Be the 1st level support for our ERP users and be the main contact towards Sage
• Bug fixing, improving and creating the business workflows and cron jobs
• Managing user permission and profile assignments
• Contractual License Management
• Coordinate with the BI developers

• Good understanding of Business processes and respective automations
• Hands-on experiences with Sage or any another ERP system
• Customer oriented service mentality
• Curious for creating learn low-code workflows
