What's the opportunity? 🤔Intercom is gearing up for a huge year of go-to-market activity. Brand events are a big part of that plan.
The Intercom brand events team is looking for an Broadcast Producer with experience in project management and broadcasting online brand events, at scale. You'll drive the end-to-end production of our online broadcasts and support the broader brand events team on a variety of on-the-ground live events.

What will I be doing? 🚀-
Produce and project manage online brand events and broadcasts for Intercom

Project manage Intercom’s live streams at in-person events

Create high-quality work that’s aligned with our brand and business strategy

Partner with expert suppliers and agencies to execute world-class creative productions

Support the planning and execution of Intercom’s tier 1 creative productions eg. a customer conference
-
Continuously learn about Intercom’s products and maintain deep empathy with B2B SaaS and Customer Support audiences

Traveling as needed (~15% of the time)

5+ years of broadcasting and events experience with a portfolio showcasing your best work to date

Strong understanding and experience of working in-house with a tech brands

An innate understanding and care of brand representation

Ability to take broad visions and develop them into strategic, structured, measurable plans

Ability to stay on top of production trends while remaining true to Intercom’s core brand identity

Experience with large-scale event budget management

Experience working with video and broadcast production consultants and agencies

Experience working across multiple teams and disciplines collaboratively and effectively

Ability to communicate with precision, clarity, honesty and respect

Ability to work independently and autonomously

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, event management or film and broadcasting

Previous experience working in-agency

Second language - French, Portuguese, Spanish

Proficiency and preference in online event software solutions such as ticketing and virtual events platforms
