The role

As an Executive Assistant you will be required to Support the Chief Growth Officer and Chief Product Officer enabling them to use their time effectively & efficiently. 

You will have the opportunity to work alongside an experienced Team of Executive Assistants and build relationships with GeeCees and a number of stakeholders from all over the business.

 

What excites you 
  • Extensive diary management and the organisation of meetings and appointments

  • Act as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls

  • Booking and arranging extensive overseas travel and accommodation.

  • Shaping, designing and planning team meetings and social events.

  • Enjoy working collaboratively within the EA team, supporting each other with work load.

  • Collating expenses 

  • Compiling of correspondence

  • Implementing and maintaining procedures on the GoCardless administrative systems

  • Liaising with suppliers and clients

  • Management of Ad Hoc and miscellaneous issues

 

What excites us  
  • Good oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to build strong and productive relationships within the business and with external clients

  • Experience scheduling globally, specifically in Melbourne and the US.

  • Discretion and trustworthiness: You will often be party to confidential information

  • Flexibility and adaptability

  • Organisational skills and the ability to multitask

  • The ability to be proactive and take the initiative

  • Attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise and manage time efficiently

  • Team player, capable of working with people from different backgrounds and experience

  • Eager to challenge yourself and willing to take on more responsibility in a growing global company

  • A minimum of 5 years experience working within an Executive Assistant role in C Suite is required

  • Computer literacy using G Suite would be advantageous but not essential
