The Difference You Will Make:

The Executive Producer will report to the Marcom Production Director. They will be responsible for managing production of our internal growth pillar along with key agency partners from idea to execution. Success in this role is defined by the ability to balance contributions to the process of creative ideation as well as shepherding the execution of the work both nimbly and efficiently. This role requires a focus on operational rigor and creative excellence, as well as a deep understanding of the right talent required to execute the project at hand. You will be working closely with creatives, production, key agency and production partners, and cross-functional teams to produce best-in-class growth marketing and lifecycle campaigns. 

The position is remote (US based), with alignment to PST working hours.

A Typical Day: 

  • Manage end-to-end production of global, growth marketing and lifecycle campaigns, and accompanying production processes; specifically expertise in production for digital, interactive, and/or growth marketing campaigns. 
  • Create alignment amongst stakeholders and partners throughout the deliverable production process, holding production team members accountable. Work closely with Program Managers to align on creative development schedules.
  • Work with Executive Producers, Agency partners, and Creative Operations to ensure resourcing plan meets larger skillset needs of project, cross-project contractor and agency needs are identified and sourced. 
  • Manage production project timelines and budgets; work with Creative Operations to facilitate third party contract requisitions and invoice payments. 
  • Nurture existing and create new relationships within the global creative/production industry as well as internal partner teams, in an effort to position the growth team to react whenever required with smart, inspired creative solutions that build brand love.
  • Exhibit a passion for creative excellence on a daily basis.
  • Create a learning curriculum for core team and cross-functional partners as it relates to production approaches and furthering education. 
  • Ensure work is produced in line with the highest standards of quality; Ability to manage budgeting, resourcing, and timeline for large-scale, complex creative productions and concurrent workstreams
  • Contribute to strategic brand vision and have ownership in the quality of the final product. 
  • Report status of projects with Sr. Management in clear, concise fashion.

Your Expertise:

  • 12-15+ years of career experience, with at least seven in creative production; preferably a combination of brand side and agency experience.
  • Expertise with production process and terminology; integrated global brand campaign and/or growth campaign experience.
  • Global production contacts.
  • Clear communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced workplace. Ability to visualize a range of solutions rapidly.
  • Passion for process and time-management. Able to juggle tasks and prioritize.
  • Proactive desire to understand and take pride in how your work contributes to the bigger picture.
  • Passionate about Airbnb’s mission and purpose.

Your Location:

This position is US - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager. How We'll Take Care of You:

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.  

Pay Range$192,000—$240,000 USD
