We are now increasing speed even further and are therefore looking for an Expansion Account Executive to strengthen our team working with expanding the commitment from our existing customers.
You will work with an existing small-, medium- and large size customer base aiming to increase their Scrive usage and to in turn drive more revenue to Scrive. With the attempt to serve as the most customer-centric and value-adding player in our industry, we have noticed that the best way to serve our customers is to support them with continuous digitization. This is exactly what this role is about.
You are joining a small, hands-on team working closely together to meet their targets. The role also contains internal co-operation with departments such as Legal, Development, and our Implementations team.
We have offices in Stockholm, Copenhagen and Amsterdam. If you’re located in any of these locations you can work from there, but we apply a flexible work model which makes it possible for you to work from anywhere within the EU. You will report to our Head of Existing Business.
Your challengeThe Expansion Account Executives main focus is to expand our current customers commitment. You will be a part of team Existing Business and work closely together with our Customer Success Managers. You will proactively reach out to customers that have not clearly expressed an interest. If our analysis of the customers profile and current usage tells us that we can add additional value for them, we will proactively reach out.
What you will do:
Engage with various stakeholders, navigating parallel processes with different personas such as Sales, Legal and IT-executives
Manage the full sales process by involving appropriate internal resources such as Implementation specialists, Project Managers, Legal expertise, etc
Hold product demos and webinars, coordinates in-house exhibitions and presentations, top management events and meetings
Manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on existing business, targeting suitable accounts
Work closely together with the sales and customer success team to build and grow a sales pipeline to ensure continuous over-achievement
To succeed in the role of a Expansion Account Executive, we expect you to meet the following minimum qualifications:
1-3 years track record of continuous quota overachievement in B2B-sales
Technical interest, you have the ability to hold a “technical discussion”
You are fluent in English, both in writing and speaking
Big bonus points if you have previous experience of:
Experience in SaaS
CRM application sales or similar experience
Doing Inside Sales
A good personal network on a C-Level
A fast paced, high-growth working environment
German
