Conduct end-use, end-user, and destination screening using restricted party screening tools.
-

-
Monitor changes in global and regional export regulations and advise management on potential impacts.
-
Partner with logistics, supply chain, engineering, legal, and sales teams to ensure compliant shipment processes.
-
Work closely with government authorities, freight forwarders, and brokers to facilitate customs clearance and obtain required export/import licenses.
-
Conduct internal audits and investigations related to trade compliance violations or discrepancies.
-
Assist with compliance training for local and regional staff across Asia.
-
Maintain and update export compliance manuals, SOPs, and recordkeeping systems in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
WHAT YOU BRING
-
Strong working knowledge of U.S. export laws (EAR, ITAR) and Asia-Pacific regional trade regulations.
-
Familiarity with Harmonized Tariff Schedules (HTS), ECCN classification, and dual-use goods.
-
Experience with global ERP systems and trade compliance tools (e.g., SAP GTS, Descartes) is a plus.
-
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
-
Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
-
Professional proficiency in English; knowledge of Vietnamese and/or other Asian languages is a plus.
