About the Role
Mixpanel is seeking a Field Marketing Coordinator to join the Field Marketing team to support our Field Marketing team to execute, track and measure our programs. This person will help manage the systems and tools used by the Field Marketing team, measure and document program effectiveness, track and analyze budget usage, coordinate team experiments, and document best practices.
We’re looking for a process-oriented marketer with an eye for detail, an analytical mind, and strong collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Own and administer Field Marketing team tools (e.g. webinar platform, survey tool, gifting platform, translation platform etc.) and manage best practices, guides and documentation for tool usage
- Support the Global Field Marketing Director to manage global budget, track spending and spending efficiency
- Project manage team experiments (e.g. A/B tests on post-event follow up CTAs, campaign formats, event formats), including scoping the experiments, tracking results and analysing and presenting outcomes
- Own and manage Field Marketing team workspace, ensuring it is updated and communicates key information to Mixpanel internal stakeholders=

- Has strong organizational skills and is meticulous
- Can communicate and collaborate effectively with global collaborators across different countries and timezones
- Is comfortable with learning new tools and technologies
- Has a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Has an affinity for numbers
Bonus Points For
- Past experience with marketing automation, CRM, and/or webinar tools (e.g. Marketo, Eloquoa, Hubspot, Customer.io, Salesforce, On24, Goldcast)
- Field marketing, partner marketing, and/or marketing operations in B2B SaaS industry
