About the Program:

The Finance Graduate Program is a unique opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience and develop critical skills in various areas of finance. Through structured rotations, you will be working on impactful projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and gaining exposure to Agoda’s dynamic and fast-paced business environment.

This program is designed to build future Agodans in finance by providing a strong foundation in financial analysis and operations, business acumen, and data-driven decision-making. Participants will undertake three 6-month rotations (18-month program), tailored to three distinct tracks: Business, Operations & Controllership, and Fintech, allowing you to explore your interests and develop specialized expertise.

Program Highlights:

• Program Start Date is the 8th of June 2026 in Bangkok, Thailand.
• Rotational Structure: Gain exposure to multiple F&BI sub-functions, including New Business Initiative (Finance Project management), Fintech Solutions and Fintech Data and Automation, depending on skill set.
• Skill Development: Build expertise in analytics, problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, project management and financial modeling.
• Mentorship: Work closely with experienced professionals and provide direct mentorship to senior leadership, from finance managers to the chief finance officer (CFO).
• Global Exposure: Collaborate with teams across Agoda’s global operations and gain insights into international finance practices.

Program Tracks and Rotations - Finance Fintech Track:

This track focuses on data-driven decision-making, Robotics Automation, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), technical solutions for finance and finance project management.

1. F&BI (Fintech & Business Initiatives)

Drive fintech projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams, optimizing systems, and implementing solutions to support business needs while documenting progress and updates.   

2. F&BI - Fintech Data and Automation (FDA)

Analyze financial data, build dashboards, automate processes with RPA tools, and manage financial systems to deliver insights, enhance efficiency, and ensure compliance with business needs.

Eligibility/requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field (graduation period: December 2025 to May 2026).
• If you have graduated before December 2025, to be eligible, candidates must have less than 12 months of full-time work experience (excluding internships) by the program start date, 8th June 2026.
• Proficiency in coding skills in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
• Knowledge of financial modeling and data analysis techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

It's Great if you have:

• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Superset.
