Our team was born in October 2022 and since then we have been helping compliance teams with monitoring the quality of their outsourced work. We play one of the key roles in identifying improvement areas and keeping risks surrounding the area under control. This ultimately ensures a positive customer experience and helps us to stay compliant with the regulatory requirements. 

Job description:

As a Team Lead in our Vendor Quality team, you will play a key role in developing a highly effective team of QA Specialists. One of your main goals will be to support the growing outsourcing needs of operational teams by steering your team’s performance and efficiency. You will work closely with a variety of Stakeholders: operational, learning and development, third-party management and knowledge management teams to ensure smooth-running operations and high impact on business metrics. You will have the opportunity to participate and drive various impactful QA projects that will ultimately help us to shape and improve the QA team operations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and communicate clear KPIs to your team, ensuring alignment with overall organizational objectives. Analyse KPI data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement;
  • Lead or participate in various types of Quality team-related projects; 
  • Build connections between team members as well as cross-team and facilitating collaboration. Identify new collaboration opportunities on the team and cross-team level;
  • Participate in quarterly planning as an active contributor by providing clear overview of team performance, blockers, and achievements. Support and guide the team during the execution phase; 
  • Manage team workforce and forecast to achieve proper control coverage and smooth operations; 
  • Hiring and onboarding new Quality and Senior Quality Specialists in their role and the team, and support them throughout their journey;
  • Develop your team members through meaningful conversations, 1×1s, feedback session, coaching and mentoring;
  • Act as a contact point for the Vendor area’s Quality Management topics for Internal and External parties;
  • Ensure that Vendor QA processes are aligned with the existing Vendor QA Framework;

 

Requirements:

Must have:

  • Excellent written and verbal English skills;

  • Onboarding procedures;
  • Can prioritize, identify, and adopt solutions around the big picture to include collateral effects on other teams and processes;
  • Google Workspace (Email, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Zoom;
  • Slack;
  • Confluence;

Nice to have:

  • Project management skills and Jira;
  • Looker or other BI tool experience;
  • Knowledge of FinCrime procedures; 
  • Greenhouse;
  • Klaus;
