YOUR MISSION
- Control and supervise daily operations through tools such as admin and Google Sheets.
- Resolve operational problems and challenges in real time, ensuring an efficient flow of deliveries.
- Report and document incidents, problems and delays to the Area Manager for review and follow-up.
- Make live schedule modifications to cover absences and ensure a continuous flow of deliveries.
- Ensure that couriers comply with uniform standards and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) according to company policies.
- Supervise and ensure that the courier team makes responsible and efficient use of the company's material and facilities.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of metrics and operational data to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and establish effective strategies.
- Achieve conclusions from the analysis of data and metrics, and develop action plans to improve operational results.
- Coordinate projects and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve operational objectives and goals.
- Manage the courier team's schedules, ensuring the necessary coverage to meet delivery demand.
- Supervise the distribution of material and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to the team, ensuring that they are well equipped and safe.
- Have full responsibility for what happens in your MFC and make effective decisions to address operational challenges and problems.
- Manage sanctions and enforce company policies as necessary.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- Ability to use management tools such as admin and Google Sheets.
- Ability to make quick and effective decisions to solve operational problems in real time.
- Excellent communication skills to inform and report incidents to the Area Manager.
- Ability to maintain order and ensure efficient use of company resources and facilities.
- Advanced skills in analyzing metrics and operational data, with the ability to draw conclusions and develop improvement strategies.
- Excellent project coordination and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage schedules and fleet coverage efficiently.
- Commitment to the safety and well-being of the fleet, including the distribution of PPE and material.
- Ability to make effective decisions in operational situations and proactively solve problems.
- Experience in managing sanctions and applying company policies.
