  • You will maintain our content updated and SEO-optimized, partnering with SEO and web experts.
  • You will ensure that our texts really cater to and resonate with the DACH audience, avoiding literal translations while preserving accuracy.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks may show up from time to time, such as researching on DACH media outlets, enhancing our German Google Ads, writing shorter articles in German, etc.

You Bring

  • You bring at least 2 years of experience in marketing/comms translations and/or content creation in your mother tongue, German, preferably in the tech or legal industry.
  • You are familiar with privacy tech, software and EU law.
  • You have a university degree in translation studies, German language, journalism, communication, marketing, or a relevant field.
  • You enjoy the challenge of localizing in-depth texts and making complex matters intelligible and pleasant to read about. You know how DACH customers and prospects should be addressed and what they expect from a company like Usercentrics.
  • You are a fluent writer who speaks and writes perfect German, with impeccable grammar and an innate “sense for language”.
  • You are efficient but also thorough and detail-oriented. You are personable and dependable.
Don’t meet every single requirement? Studies have shown that women and people of colour are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every single qualification. At Usercentrics we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway.
