Typical Account Management roles: 

As a strategic consultant for Taboola’s performance advertising customers, this person will be responsible for onboarding new accounts, creating individual success plans, managing a large book of business and identifying upsell opportunities at scale. With the right amount of autonomy and encouraged to be impactful, they will be working on projects and team wide initiatives, collaborating with different teams across the organisation to constantly improve Taboola’s products and processes. 

The ideal candidate will bring an entrepreneurial, analytical, creative and efficient mind and have very strong relationship management skills. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment with an international team of smart, passionate and fun people.

 Responsibilities and skills: 

  • Onboard new customers with a strong focus on performance
  • Grow revenue for a specific book of accounts
  • Identify, pitch and monitor upsell opportunities at scale
  • Monitor performance and help clients with strategy & optimisation
  • Work closely with other teams and organisations to drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Identify opportunities to improve products and the customer experience
  • Work with a variety of customers such as brands, agencies, publishers - help them make Taboola a must have channel in their digital marketing mix  
  • Make an impact on our product, being the connecting link between your team and product teams
  • Use individual skills and strengths to take on projects and initiatives you are passionate about 

 

Typical Sales / Business Development roles: 

It is this department's core responsibility to reply to qualified inbound leads, conduct outreach to new leads and prospects, demo, negotiate and close (quality) deals for sponsored content to be placed on the Taboola platform. 

A Sales Manager at Taboola is expected to research, identify, engage and close new customers in order to expand and diversify offered content. The candidate should be a strong, sales-oriented professional who can source, prospect and structure content marketing deals independently.

Responsibilities and skills: 

  • Understanding of digital technology & revenue ecosystem and explain product benefits within this context
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to prioritise effectively and efficiently without losing sight of the objectives
  • Accurately forecast new business closure rate and revenue booked
  • Independently build a large pipeline of leads, pursue them and close deals.
  • Build realistic plans to assist the customer in understanding how they can meet their objectives and goals.
  • Interact with the Account Management team to effectively manage client expectations and ensure successful client management
  • Convey field intelligence to product management teams in regard to development features
  • Manage presentations, build relationships and negotiate contracts 
  • Strong use of Salesforce is required including ensuring your outbound activity is recorded accurately 
  • Work closely with your direct line manager, to take direction, provide updates, feedback, real times forecasts and to consistently achieve and exceed revenue goals
  • collaborate within a high-performing team
