Our Global Finance team connects strategy with execution across 37 markets. We ensure financial accuracy, transparency, and sustainable growth at scale — turning complex, multi-entity data into clear, reliable insights that guide business decisions.

As part of the Global Controlling function, you’ll work at the heart of our international finance operations. You’ll collaborate closely with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, ERP, ICFR colleagues and local finance teams across Europe to support statutory compliance while strengthening group-level reporting standards.

This is not just a reporting role, it’s a role where you influence how we operate globally, improve processes, and raise the bar on financial governance.

🚀 What You’ll Do

As our Group Financial Controller, you will take ownership of defined entities and reporting streams while contributing to group-wide financial excellence.

  • Own financial controlling for selected European entities, ensuring accurate statutory reporting, audit readiness, and compliance
  • Contribute to monthly group consolidation and annual IFRS financial statements, ensuring accuracy,timeliness, ICFR framework compliance
  • Analyse financial performance, deliver variance insights, and translate data into clear recommendations
  • Review accounting entries, reconciliations, and intercompany transactions to maintain strong financial controls
  • Partner with Accounting, Tax, and ERP teams to align processes and strengthen reporting standards
  • Support SAP and SAC (SAP Analytical Cloud)  continuous  improvements, and drive various reporting perfection projectsin collaboration with other Controlling colleagues and FP&A
  • Deliver ad-hoc financial analysis to support data-driven decision-making across the business
✅ You’ll Be Great for This Role If
  • You have demonstrated experience in finance, controlling, or financial reporting within a multinational environment
  • You have a strong working knowledge of IFRS and consolidated reporting
  • You are confident working with ERP systems (SAP exposure is a plus)
  • You are comfortable analysing large datasets and presenting financial insights clearly
  • You are detail-oriented, structured, and proactive in identifying improvements
  • You communicate fluently in English (written and verbal)
  • You thrive in a collaborative, international environment
