Growth Hacker, Velocity Team
Responsibilities
- User/Customer Acquisition: Working with the marketing team, develop and execute strategies to drive user/customer acquisition across various channels - including digital advertising, content marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and partnerships.
- Conversion Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize conversion rates at every stage of the customer journey, from initial engagement to conversion and beyond.
- Experimentation and Testing: Design and conduct A/B tests, GPT prompts, and multivariate experiments to optimize key metrics and drive continuous improvement.
- Data Analysis: Analyze user data and marketing performance metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
- Retention and Engagement: Implement strategies to enhance user engagement and retention, including lifecycle marketing campaigns, personalized messaging, and product optimization.
- Product-Market Fit: Collaborate closely with product management and development teams to understand user needs and drive product enhancements that align with customer requirements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, sales, and customer success, to drive alignment and ensure cohesive execution of growth initiatives.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, product led sales or related roles, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
- Proven track record of driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative growth strategies and tactics.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and interpretation, including proficiency in Google Analytics or similar tools.
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

Sumo Logic Privacy Policy
The expected annual base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $105,600. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors which include (but aren’t limited to) such as role level, skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, location, and experience. In addition to base pay, certain roles are eligible to participate in our bonus or commission plans, as well as our benefits offerings, and equity awards.
