The role

As Growth Marketing Manager for Italy  you will report into our Head of Growth and will be responsible for developing and executing a broad range of initiatives to maximize the value of HelloFresh’s customer base.

This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is a driven  highly analytical person with strong problem solving and communication skills  and who is excited to make an impact in one of the fastest-growing global food technology companies in the world  launched in 2021 in Italy. 

What you’ll do
  • Steer the online channels in collaboration with global marketing teams based in Berlin (e.g. Paid Social  Display  Native  and others)  ensuring effective pacing  conducting budget checks  and addressing creative needs 
  • Develop  recommend  and execute marketing campaigns across a variety of paid and organic channels – seamlessly delivering best in class execution that maximizes campaign impact  while optimizing creative content to enhance performance and engagement across various digital platforms 
  • Manage 360-degree campaigns from planning and execution to tracking and reporting results  continuously optimizing for future iterations 
  • Monitor budget allocation and channel performance to enable scaling  in line with our local growth and profitability goals 
  • Create briefings and landing pages for campaign launches  along with voucher codes and tracking links for performance measurement 
  • Lead A/B testing initiatives for your channels and actively investigate and identify high potential opportunities to test (new sub-channels  channel innovation  strategic projects) 
  • Collaborate closely with Global Marketing stakeholders based in Berlin to leverage experiments and initiatives from other HelloFresh geographies  continually optimizing our channel mix  spend  and tactics 
  • Develop  recommend  and execute marketing campaigns across a variety of paid and organic channels – seamlessly delivering best in class execution that maximizes campaign impact 
  • Work hands-on with tools such as Tableau to complete actionable analyses that drive transformative change within your channels and the wider marketing team.
What you’ll bring
  • 3-6 years of experience in Growth Marketing  Start-up environment  eCommerce or Business Development 
  • Persistent in your track record of growth through a solid understanding of paid social and all performance marketing metrics (CPM  engagement rate  CPA  CPC & LTV)
  • A strong communicator and presenting skills with an eye for creative performance
  • Strong quantitative & analytical skills; able to use data to optimize day-to-day performance
  • Comprehensive understanding and use of excel/google sheets functions 
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive with a process-improvement mindset to help us become more efficient in our activities.
  • Curious to not just know what is happening  but to understand why it is happening.
  • Familiar with the fast-paced  demanding and analytical startup environment
  • Proven background working with ecommerce and/or subscription business models is a plus
  • Fluent English and Italian are mandatory
