Toast is looking for a Senior Growth Operations Analyst to join our Growth Innovation & Analytics team. You’ll work closely with sales, operations, customer onboarding, marketing, systems, and product teams. This role is ideal for someone who has an operations and technical analytics background, and is motivated  to lead projects from start to finish.

About this roll* (Responsibilities) 

• Technical data analysis and a willingness to solve ambiguous problems
• Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities within our core and emerging markets
• Create non-linear Go-To-Market productivity gains through AI & Machine Learning algorithms
• Innovating on Go-To-Market to expand platform adoption within our current customer base  and accelerate adoption of our new venture products (Delphi, Retail, International, etc.) 
• Building diagnostic visibility through dashboarding (Hex,Sigma,Looker,Tableau)
• Analysis on our Go-To-Market prioritization scoring resources in partnership with Data Science
• Explore internal and external data sources to improve our understanding of TAM and remaining opportunity

• The right candidate will possess both technical and people skills and demonstrate a strong ability to motivate, coach and train.  
• SQL Expert
• Nice to have: Python
• Thrives with ambiguity while driving clarity and structure
• Comfort speaking with executive level stakeholders
• Strong working knowledge of the overlap between operations, systems and front line stakeholders 
• Self-driven and highly motivated to make a material impact to the Toast business
• Systems and process-oriented mindset, easily able to self-onboard to new tools and understand how different systems work together to contribute to our go-to-market motion.
• Strong Stakeholder management and project management skills
• Strong excel/google sheets skills
• Experience using data visualization tools: ex: HEX, Sigma, Tableau, Looker
• Experience with Salesforce

The base salary range for this role is listed below. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions if eligible), equity, and benefits.Pay Range$80,000—$128,000 USD
