Job Description

As a Growth Strategy Manager for our Mealkit Brands you will be primarily responsible for driving growth and profitability from our customer sign ups. You will contribute to the ideation, sizing, prioritization, and execution of a variety of initiatives. These initiatives will include opportunities unique to ANZ that we develop locally, as well as best practices shared by our global headquarters.

This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who is strategically and commercially minded, collaborate constructively with stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve performance and can deliver projects by being well organised and hustling through blockers

You and your team will…

  • Contribute to the development and execution of strategies and roadmaps for profitable growth of new customers.
  • Identify, test, and help roll out creative opportunities, such as targeting new customer segments, testing new creative types, and optimizing landing pages.
  • Review and report on key business metrics related to new customers, analyze trends and gaps, and identify actionable steps to improve performance.
  • Contribute to the annual and quarterly marketing budgeting process to set conversion, spend, and ROI targets in collaboration with finance and marketing teams.
  • Identify budget allocation optimisation opportunities between channels based on growth and profitability trends.
  • Ensure that creatives and messaging align with quarterly brand themes and integrate them into channel activities.
  • Collaborate regularly with teams and stakeholders to gain visibility on upcoming initiatives and ensure they are designed to maximize commercial benefits.
  • Assist in the decision-making process for rolling out initiatives by analyzing the potential incremental commercial benefits using data points such as A/B test results and past campaign analyses.
  • Maintain documentation and artifacts to ensure clarity within the broader business on all activities and processes related to the scope of this role.

You have…

  • 4+ years of professional experience in growth marketing, business strategy, or a related field, with direct-to-consumer experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, finance, STEM, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and influence teams towards achieving strategic goals.
  • Experience in managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and processes.
