We are looking to hire high-energy, entrepreneurial and value-adding GTM talent to join Blenheim Chalcot’s early-stage ventures to help capitalise on the huge opportunity of embedding generative AI into enterprise organisations across the world.

Impact beyond profit:

15% of our partnerships and ventures are charities. These include the British Asian Trust, BabyZone and Onside Youth Zones. In the same way that we support our ventures, our Partners provide direct hands-on support to these charities by being active board members and offering expert advice.

 

The Pioneer Programme

This role is part of the BC Pioneer Programme; a portfolio-wide community and learning & development programme built exclusively for the future leaders of our ventures and scale-ups.

When embarking on a Pioneer role within our portfolio, you will be exposed to an environment unlike any other and will have the opportunity have a tangible impact on a business going through a continuously evolving period of growth. Alongside your role, you will undertake an 12-month Red Team L&D programme, giving you access to learning materials, training and experts to help you to set up your own career adventure.

The concept of ‘career adventuring’ is founded on developing your skills and providing you with the necessary tools, coupled with your own personal resilience and attitude to work. This approach is at the heart of the Pioneer programme vision, and both your venture and the Red Team are committed to working with you to help you excel.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience working in a sales, marketing, customer success or GTM.
  • Minimum 2.1 undergraduate degree (in any discipline)
  • A passion for start-ups and disruption, with experience in or ambitions to build your own venture in the future
  • Emotional intelligence and be compassionate and supportive in nature  
  • Give evidence of the ability to be a self-starter and be able to adapt to multiple roles in a variety of high-pace environments
  • A passion for building your network and capacity to work well with colleagues and stakeholders at C-suite and executive levels 

 

The Opportunity

As a Go-to-Market Associate for our GenAI enabled business, you'll play a pivotal role in launching our innovative solutions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling campaigns, identify ideal target markets, and craft a winning go-to-market strategy.  This fast-paced role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to contribute to the future of AI. 

Duties:

  • Setting up, managing and owning a high-performance sales process from discovery to pitch to close
  • Work strategically with management to deliver clear and accurate forecasts, identify trending opportunities & challenges, and provide recommended solutions
  • Support in the onboarding process working closely with the customer success team.
  • Supporting in the hiring, development and growth of the team in the UK and India
  • Work in a highly entrepreneurial environment, focusing on execution and ensuring plans come to fruition
  • Consistently build strong relationships with stakeholders centrally and in the portfolio companies
  • Support with the launch of new GenAI products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in GenAI technology and market trends.

 

The process:

We have a rigorous recruitment process which we use for all our roles to ensure we attract the very best and diverse talent. This will involve an initial telephone conversation, followed by a panel interview and a case study where you will meet with several key stakeholders across BC and our portfolio.
