The Role

We are looking for a passionate Head of IT Service Delivery to lead and optimize the IT Service Management function at HelloFresh. As a key leader in our IT department, you will drive strategic initiatives to enhance service delivery, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. In this role, you will oversee a team of IT professionals, manage complex IT service and support functions, and ensure alignment with HelloFresh's overall objectives. Your leadership will be critical in shaping our IT services to support our global workforce spanning and cutting-edge distribution network.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and mentor a team of 20 IT professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Align IT service delivery strategies with overall business objectives and collaborate with other IT leaders and business stakeholders.
  • Oversee and optimize IT service management processes, including incident, problem, change, and release management fueling the long term vision.
  • Implement and maintain ITSM best practices and frameworks like ITIL to ensure service excellence serving internal customers and stakeholders.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives, focusing on innovation , process automation and efficiencies.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs and metrics, creating dashboards for service performance visibility, and presenting to management.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities, leveraging AI and emerging technologies.

What You’ll Bring

  • 10+ years in IT Service Management with at least 5 years in a leadership role, and a deep understanding of ITSM frameworks like ITIL.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to align IT service delivery with long-term business goals and drive digital transformation.
  • Excellent analytical skills, using data to improve service quality, optimize efficiency, and ensure SLA compliance.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication abilities, adept at simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Forward-thinking mindset with a passion for embracing emerging technologies and driving innovation in IT service delivery.
