What you'll be doing:

You will report to the Head of Commercial HK and be based in our HK offices.

The Key Accounts Management team owns and manages the relationships with our most strategically important restaurant groups, including high sales volume drivers and global restaurant brands. These restaurant partners have high expectations of us - and we strive to provide best-in-class support using data-driven insights and industry knowledge to help them grow and improve. The Account Managers are a passionate, dynamic group of team players that work well together and cross functionally with other departments... and of course, they're fun, personable, and great at building relationships!

You will:

  • Define and lead our Key Accounts strategy in Hong Kong
  • Own relationships with key restaurant industry stakeholders, with a focus on building relationships
  • Manage a team of 6+ account managers
  • Coach, mentor, develop and motivate the team to optimise their performance and meet the team's and company's targets
  • Support the team in making data-driven strategic decisions and generating ideas with the goal of helping our partners grow
  • Coordinate with cross-functional departments to engage support for activities aimed to drive business growth and operational efficiency (Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, Corporate)
  • Leverage our restaurants as new customer acquisition channels and Deliveroo brand ambassadors

Skills you'll need:

  • 5+ years managing and developing highly performing teams. You'll focus on managing your teams for success, fostering a highly collaborative environment and coaching members within the team for their growth
  • Significant experience in sales, business development and/or account management
  • Comfortable communicating with a range of stakeholders, from restaurant owners to C-level partners
  • Significant experience in fostering high-value stakeholder relationships
  • Must be fluent in English and Cantonese
  • Experience in a high growth business or start-up is a plus
  • Knowledge of the Hong Kong restaurant industry is a plus
