As the Head of People ANZ will lead the people function for HelloFresh Australia, New Zealand, YouFoodz and BeCool. 

This position provides operational and strategic leadership for both the corporate and operation functions and is essential to facilitate the implementation of the people and culture strategy and global people initiatives.

This role not only enhances operational efficiency in the Human Resources team but is also essential in applying a continuous improvement focus to ensure not just a great employee experience but an exceptional service for HelloFresh Group team members.

You will…

• Lead, grow, develop and mentor the People team across the group
• Partner with leaders across the business to enhance the employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle
• Lead organisational design, cultural initiatives, people projects and harmonisation activities to assist with enabling organisational success
• Champion diversity, equity and inclusion across all elements of the employment lifecycle
• Support and coach members leaders across the business and be a point of escalation on people topics
• Assist with the design and implementation of people development and coaching programs from an employee growth and capability perspective
• Oversee the HelloFresh Group ANZ organization compliance with modern awards, NES and local employment laws, and HelloFresh local and global procedures.
• Responsible for the management of sponsorship accreditation and  support across ANZ

You have/are…

• 8+ years of experience in Human Resources leadership positions, with a depth of experience in Human Resources, projects, employee comp & benefits, EVP and leading teams
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws and ANZ employment regulations
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and influence skills
• Have a successful track record in change management from a multi site perspective
• A collaborative leadership style with the ability to partner with business leaders to build high functioning teams
• A passion for creating a fun, high-performing work environment
• Creative mindset to cultivate a position team culture
• The ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast moving environment
