As Director Regional Marketing, International you’ll lead a team of talented field marketers to expand Personio’s presence across Europe. Building upon our strong base in DACH markets, you’ll focus on target international markets to build awareness drive and consideration for Personio with the HR community. You’ll report to our VP, Campaigns & Regional Marketing and partner with marketing teams across Brand, Product & Performance marketing and more to build & execute innovative campaigns that generate sales accepted pipeline.
Role Responsibilities: What you'll do- Market Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of each market including customer needs, competitive landscape & sales needs to inform your strategies and provide input to stakeholders across marketing, sales & product teams.
- Campaign Management: Design, execute, and optimize full funnel multi-touch marketing campaigns including content, community, events, webinars, email, trial & digital channels.
- Performance Measurement: Track and analyze key performance metrics for all regional marketing activities, develop regular reports and insights to share with stakeholders across highlights, opportunities for improvement, key learnings and recommendations.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the international regional marketing budget and work with team and peers to ensure effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Build & develop a wonderful team of field marketing professionals to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, supporting professional growth and development.
- Sales Partnership: Partner closely with the business development, account managers and partnerships teams to align marketing activities with sales goals and ensure strong ongoing collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 8+ years of professional experience in Demand Generation, Growth Marketing or Regional Marketing ideally at early stage technology SaaS companies
- Experience in building integrated multitouch campaigns including instrumentation and measurements across the funnel with focus on organic & earned channels
- Successful track record of partnering with sales teams & sales leadership to jointly deliver strong results quarter after quarter
- Experience with core marketing automation and lead management tools, PLG is a plus
- Proficiency in analysing marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies.
- Exceptional organisational skills, balancing structure, and creativity
- Proven leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on developing high-performing teams.
