YOUR MISSION

Glovo is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Head of UX to help us grow and scale the Customer Product Design team and elevate our Glovo app and website products’ quality.

Alongside Design Leads, you will be leading the vision and roadmap execution of our Product Design structure focused on improving our customers’ experiences.

Working in an environment built upon trust, constructive feedback and flexibility, you will mentor and guide your team’s personal growth, advocating for a flat structure and a collaborative mindset.

About the role
  • Drive the customer-centred strategy from a Product Design perspective.
  • Define Product strategy working closely with the cluster’s Tech, Product, UX Research and Data leadership.
  • Be part of the UX Leadership team reporting to the Director of UX and working alongside other Heads of UX and Research to ensure consistency of practices and processes across Glovo’s products.
  • Hire talent and scale the structure of your organisation.
  • Ensure Partner with the Head of UX Research to ensure Product decisions are data-driven and user-centred.
  • Support and lead Design Leads and Senior Designers to ensure high quality in Design outcomes.
  • Nurture a collaborative environment based upon trust, glownership, good vibes and care.
Key Qualifications and Traits

We’re looking for people with the following traits:

  • +8 years’ UX Design background with evidence of expertise in end-to-end design.
  • Experience leading, mentoring and scaling midsize Product Design teams.
  • Experience working in Product organisations in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven understanding of business goals and product metrics to drive design roadmaps and product decisions.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience working with quantitative and qualitative research methods.
  • Excellent communication to get stakeholders’ buy-in.
  • Projects portfolio with case studies that show: process, problem solving capabilities and Design leadership.
