Your work-life opportunity: We are looking for an experienced and team-oriented leader to join the Poland team as Head of Warsaw and East Poland Region.  Be a part of a team where you will:

• Lead a team in charge of leading Warsaw and the East Poland Region to success, managing over a dozen cities, including the largest and most competitive in the country - Warsaw.
• Work in close collaboration with the Regional Director, General Manager and other functional heads to define and implement the 360 strategy to win in your cities.
• Champion the local partnerships strategy in the cities under your influence: building and managing a commercial dream team, and handling professional relationships with some of the most important restaurants and retailers in the region.
• Constantly look for ways to improve the customer experience in your region, staying up to date in terms of news and trends, and ensuring operational excellence.
• Institute best practices and processes which can be replicated across all regions.
• Build, scale, communicate and maintain detailed reporting models to assist regional efforts, both on a strategic and operational level.
• Own the P&L performance for the Warsaw & East Poland Region, looking after business plan targets and finding opportunities to optimize financial performance.
• Lead by example in accordance with our values and set sky-high standards for the team!
• Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference

You have:

• You have +7 years of experience in highly demanding, fast-paced environments (consulting, start-ups, technology, etc.) 
• You’re very hard working, and can prove a strong track record of excellent performance. You have superior analytical skills, but can balance attention to detail with a swift pace of execution: you don’t mind getting your hands dirty!
• You have exceptional business development skills, both at an individual contributor level (sales experience is a plus) and managing others. Nobody can create and nurture business relationships as well as you do!
• You have strong people leadership skills and are comfortable managing others: you’ve successfully hired and coached top teams to success before.
• You’re comfortable with and willing to role model our Values: our Corporate Culture is extremely important to us!
• You have highly polished communication skills - speaking, writing, presenting and negotiating (proficiency in Polish and English required).
• You’re proficient in Word / Docs and Excel / Sheets.
• An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
