YOUR MISSION

We’re looking for a Health and Safety Specialist who wants to join our People's team in our Madrid. If you are someone who loves working in a fast-paced startup environment, a true perfectionist, an organization freak and are passionate about Health and Safety processes, Glovo is your place!

THE JOURNEY

  • Manage and control all Health and Safety matters according to the Spanish law
  • Support our people and business, leading the company to prevent work-related accidents and to be in compliance with the local regulation
  • Design and propose measures aimed at correcting the risks detected, both at a technical and organizational level, and at improving working conditions
  • Cooperate with the international team, helping them in H & S aspects, when needed
  • Design work instructions and revise them periodically
  • Carry out an investigation of occupational accidents
  • Create emergency plans and to perform emergency drills
  • Impart and follow up the completion status of the H & S training
  • Management of health surveillance
  • Coordination of business activities (CAE)
  • Coordination of external providers
  • Collaborate with other Team members to ensure the compliance with H & S requirements in other countries or working centers
  • Provide advice and guidelines to stakeholders in regards to Health and Safety
  • Accompany the members of the labor inspectorate during visits, providing them with the necessary documentation to support their work

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Master in Labor Risk Prevention, according to the Spanish regulation (3 specialities)
  • Experience working with CAE platforms (E-coordina / Ctaima)
  • Experience investigating accidents and creating emergency plans
  • Advance Office/Google Sheets skills
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, growing start-up environment and work with different levels of management
  • Organized, proactive and creative
  • Hands-on profile/mindset
  • Availability to move around the country
  • Great communication skills
