HR Expert - DACH Implementation Specialist (d/f/m)

For our DACH implementation team, we are looking for a HR expert with extensive knowledge of market HR compliance who is independently responsible for supporting the DACH implementation teams. You will have a deep knowledge of labour law and understand the HR processes and organizational structures of our new & current customers advising them on how to best use our HR software. Whilst also working on cross functional projects internally helping scale the market. The full scope of this role has the potential to evolve outside of the descriptions below.
Role Responsibilities: What you'll do- Act as a representative for the DACH market enabling Implementation teams and liaising with the Product team about the needs of customers in this market.
- Lead the creation of DACH focus training materials, e.g. help center articles, internal knowledge.
- Plan and execute the creation of our market-specific setups and proactively keep this knowledge up-to-date.
- Liaise cross functionally as a regional expert, delivering feedback & updates in a timely manner.
- Ensure you are up to date with the latest changes in the DACH HR Market and labor law, and provide guidance to colleagues about the processes and product using our knowledge tools.
- Analyze our new customers' requirements regarding our HR software
- Structured support of Personio implementations through e-mails, telephone calls, and web demos.
Ensure customer satisfaction through consultative advice on HR processes in Personio
- You have 3+ years of experience in the B2B Software environment, ideally with HR-related Software in Customer Success, Account Management or HR roles.
- Strong proficiency with German, Austrian and/or Swiss Labour Law and regulations is a key requirement for this role
- You are a strong communicator with excellent written and spoken German and English skills (additional language is a bonus but not required)
- You enjoy working with customers and internal stakeholders, and can show both resilience and empathy in challenging situations.
- You have excellent project management skills and an ability to work cross functionally.
- You are passionate about the Technology/SaaS industry, with a keen interest in digital transformation in HR.
- You enjoy data driven work and you feel very comfortable solving problems and working proactively on enabling others.
Tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, Tableau, Gainsight, and Jira already sound familiar to you.
