To support our continued growth, we’re looking for an HR Business Partner to work with our cross-functional teams. This role is based in India but will support the following countries; Asia Pacific and Japan region, key countries being Singapore and other ASEAN countries, India, Australia, Japan, Korea and China. You will be an integral part of the HR team, coaching our front line Managers , providing expertise in people and organizations to anticipate challenges, diagnose problems, prescribe actions, and lead programs that have a direct impact on the success of the organization.

You are an experienced HR Partner who thrives in navigating ambiguity, and adapting quickly to a changing environment. Proficient in mentoring people managers anticipating challenges, diagnosing problems, recommending solutions, and leading programs that have a direct impact on the success of the organization. Need to be able to balance critical thinking regarding long-term business priorities along with day-to-day needs. Being a change agent is part of your leadership toolkit.

You will partner closely with others in the HR Partner organization, our extended HR team, and the business, to address their challenges through people solutions. Additionally you will collaborate across boundaries and geographies, and think differently about how we approach work and teams. 

What You Will Do:

  • Provide strategic counsel and consultative solutions to Managers on people management aspects of their business including leadership development, team efficiency, and implementing organizational change.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Finance to ensure a feasible, proactive workforce plan is in place and well implemented.
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase efficiency and retention.
  • Builds and implements regular and ad-hoc reports to ensure People metrics are quantified and outcome driven. Able to identify trends and proactively recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
  • In partnership with our Employee Success team, you will guide and coach managers on how to appropriately lead and resolve sophisticated people issues (e.g., employee lifecycle, performance management, and enablement)
  • Partner with team members throughout the People organization to develop, communicate and educate on policies, procedures, and compliance.
  • Demonstrate standard methodologies and find opportunities for efficiency.
  • Understand the client groups, strategy, challenges, business initiatives, and business model.

 

What You Bring With You:

  • 8 to 10 years of proven experience resolving complex employee relations issues
  • Solid understanding of multiple human resource subject areas, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
  • Experience in global organizations
  • Strategic, critical problem solver who isn’t afraid to get into the weeds; real passion for working as a team
  • Ability to build effective work relationships at all levels, influence behavior, and lead change
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • A high degree of integrity and honesty; ability to exercise confidentiality and neutrality in complex and unique situations
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership capabilities
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business situations, comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
  • Effective listener and communicator able to influence actions and outcomes
