Role summary 

The Inbound Marshall plays a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of inbound operations. This role is responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and directing inbound deliveries to ensure compliance with site processes, safety regulations, and efficiency targets. Acting as the main point of contact for carriers and warehouse teams, the Inbound Marshall ensures that goods are received, unloaded, and allocated correctly while minimizing delays and disruptions.

What you’ll do 
  • Manage inbound vehicle traffic, including check-in, staging, and dock assignment.
  • Ensure compliance with site safety protocols and security procedures.
  • Monitor and control delivery schedules to avoid congestion and delays.
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams for timely unloading and receipt of goods.
  • Communicate effectively with carriers, drivers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Track inbound shipments and escalate any discrepancies or delays.
  • Maintain accurate logs and reporting of inbound activities.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in inbound logistics processes.
What you’ll bring: 

Proven experience in logistics, transportation, or warehouse operations.Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills for managing carriers, drivers, and internal teams.Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.Working knowledge of logistics systems or warehouse management software (WMS) is a plus.
