The Role

We are looking for a talented Incident Engineer for Europebet brand who will be involved in different processes and help us deliver the best customer experience in the industry. Shift Schedule: 2 Days On / Next 2 Days Off;

Shift hours: from 15:00 to 3:00.

Employment Type: 1-Year Contract.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Technical Incidents;
  • Provide timely responses and effective management of technical issues throughout their lifecycle;
  • Identify problems, determine the root causes of technical issues, and implement appropriate measures to resolve them;
  • Utilize monitoring tools to detect defects or issues in the production environment;
  • Respond to technical changes implemented by providers or the company;
  • Continuously monitor communication channels (JIRA, Slack, MS Teams, Outlook, Skype) and track the status of tasks;
  • Manage accounts for company employees and provide them with the necessary work programs and reports based on requests.
Requirements: 
  • Bachelor degree, desirably in Information Technology or Computer Science;
  • At least one year of experience in an Incident Management Engineer role or a similar position;
  • Proven experience working in English;
  • Understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) fundamentals;
  • Familiarity with HTTP status code categories;
  • Experience managing the incident lifecycle;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Knowledge of network fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, VPN;
  • Experience working with monitoring systems (network traffic and system log analysis, anomaly detection, failure diagnosis);
  • Experience creating and managing accounts in Active Directory;
  • Experience managing accounts through the Microsoft 365 Admin Center;
  • Possibility to work in non-standard working shift (during the day and night);
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to handle multiple support cases.
