Why this role

In support of Wayfair Advertising's business, we are building a team of highly motivated incubation/SMB Advertising Associate. You will help new and existing Advertisers understand the scope within Wayfair Advertising products to grow their business. Working with Advertisers, you will be responsible to help equip them to identify the advertising business opportunities, create advertising campaigns, and help them adopt high value actions on their account to influence their success in advertising. You’ll eliminate blockers to an advertiser's success while driving greater commitment and results. Your success will be measured by the number of new Advertisers you onboard and retain on Advertising products. Additionally, this Advertising Associate also gets the opportunity of gathering & sharing insights with the internal products and engineering teams.

What You’ll Do:

• Serves as main point of contact for Advertisers and act as an enabler to their sales & marketing initiatives via 1:1 outreach programs
• Provide onboarding support along with setting up campaigns for new and existing Advertisers
• Provide onboarding and lightweight optimization support for new and existing Advertisers
• Understand Performance Advertising and uses various tools and techniques to fix campaign set-up and provide related campaign optimization support
• Provide education to Advertisers on Wayfair Advertising products via 1:1 programs and online trainings
• Respond promptly & accurately to advertiser queries and help them resolve issues with regards to their campaigns
• Identify common blockers faced by new and existing Advertisers and provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams to improve advertiser experience
• Identify opportunities to improve designed Wayfair product based on customer feedback, data analysis, and feature gaps with competitive products

What You’ll Need:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field
• Proven work experience of 1-3 years in sales / marketing efforts
• Excellent Excel user ability; readiness to work with data using Excel and other tools
• Outstanding logic thinking and detailed data-driven decision-making skill will be competitive advantage
• Superior verbal and written communication skills, both Mandarin and English
• Passionate about online business, e-commerce and sales/customer support
• Innovative problem-solving skills; a demonstrated ability to dissect and determine root causes of problems and implement solutions
• A structured, proactive  approach to your work, eager to progress professionally and motivated to drive business growth
• Proven ability to thrive as part of a team and also to work autonomously
• Demonstrated ability to work within a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
