What You Will Be Doing: As a key member of the Growth Marketing Influencer team, your primary goal will be to scale influencer partnerships across organic channels with a focus on customer acquisition and ROI. You will be in charge of the influencer campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social channels, analyzing performance data to optimize campaigns for maximum growth impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong influencer relationships and negotiate directly or via agencies.
  • Oversee influencer campaigns, from talent booking to content reviews and optimization.
  • Analyze metrics like CAC, CCV/LTV, and ROI to ensure campaign success.
  • Research trends to drive innovative campaigns and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver multi-channel campaigns.
  • Manage budgets and contribute to core projects such as RevShare.
  • Negotiate influencer rates and handle underperformance as needed.

Who You Are:

  • Experienced in performance marketing, with a focus on metrics-driven decisions.
  • Experience with influencer partnerships, negotiations, and managing agencies preferred.
  • Adaptable to trends, with a proven track record in influencer marketing.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple campaigns.
  • A self-starter and team player, confident in delivering high-quality results.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets and data reporting tools.
