The Team:

The BDR org is the largest contributing source of pipe generation for North America. We are the company's growth engine that drives account engagement and revenue within some of the largest companies in the world. Through skill mastery and promotion, we are a bridge for talent within Celonis. We are mastering our current role while striving towards the next step in our career and passing the knowledge to the people that come after us. 

We are the Face of the Brand, the first point of contact with customers and prospects, helping them in each of our 20K+ annual interactions to address their execution gaps and realize value trapped in their business.

This role will be located in either Raleigh, NC, or NYC Reporting to the Manager of Business Development Programs.

The Role:

Exposure to Enterprise BDR methodologies 

Learn best practices for a career in selling to the largest companies in the world

Practical Application of the training program to help make a more successful transition into a full time BDR/SDR Role

Experience using tools like Salesforce,, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sale Navigator

 

The work you’ll do:

  • Learn Celonis Software
  • Organize and execute outreach campaigns
  • Contribute to optimizing Sales/Marketing operations processes
  • Lead assignment/Data Enrichment
  • Sourcing ideal contacts
  • Ensuring leads route properly for fast first touch
  • Helping with SLA violations
  • Ad hoc projects

The qualifications you need:

  • Strongly considering a career in sales
  • Pursuing a bachelor's or master’s degree during and after the internship
  • Ability to quickly learn in a fast paced environment
