The Role

We are looking for a talented Internal Auditor - Finance & Procurement for Europebet brand who will be the liaison between the finance, procurement and legal teams as well as various internal stakeholders across the whole company, by managing the financial control and purchase order system from a finance perspective. Key Responsibilities: 
  • Being responsible for purchase order system, through the inclusion of any new companies, suppliers, cost accounts and other relevant information to keep vendor master database updated with the latest developments in line with company operations;
  • Keep up-to-date with any changes that arise in a timely manner - as an expert on the procurement system;
  • Being responsible for training/assisting the relevant internal stakeholders on finance/procurement control process, by guiding them on how to navigate through the flow and perform the necessary tasks such as raising relevant requests and orders, and keeping track of their budgets;
  • Review of PRF request from initiators to ensure compliance with relevant tax requirements and financial risk assurance;
  • Matching invoices / AoA/contract drafts against purchase request orders (PRF) to ensure that they align with approved PRF;
  • Identifying discrepancies and seeking ways to enhance financial control system;
  • Assisting with system testing of new features to help improve both efficiency and user experience;
  • Addressing and resolving any issues or discrepancies related to budgets and purchase orders.
Requirements: 
  • Bachelors degree in business administration/finance/economics;
  • 2-3 years of work experience in internal audit/financial control role;
  • Experience in working with ERP systems;
  • Fluent in English language, Russian would be considered a plus;
  • Proficiency in MS excel and advanced numerical skills;
  • High attention to details;
  • Self-motivated person with high sense of responsibility.
