As Supply Planner, you are the supply chain owner for your category, owning Service, Cash and Cost KPIs. You’ll lead our supply strategy and planning, that ensures ingredients availability at most optimum supply chain setup.

This role requires a high level of collaboration with multiple stakeholders, from our Suppliers, to our International and Market teams.

• Lead category service level, ensuring that ingredients are available on-time and in-full from our international suppliers to all markets
• Own category Supply Strategy, balancing between Supply-To-Demand and Supply-To-Forecast. Defining target service level for each SKU segment
• Understand latest forecast updates, with key implications for our ingredients and packaging materials availability
• Plan new requirements based on the latest SKU FCST vs. Total Inventory (On-Hand + On-Order)
• Lead category inventory strategy, defining Target inventory level, Optimal Safety Stock and Inventory Limits for our distribution centers
• Reduce our inventory through systematic approach and structural interventions
• Proactively eliminate supply risks, root cause issues and work on mitigation plans
• Lead supply chain optimization projects, in collaboration with suppliers and strategic procurement, including Logistics optimization & Supply Chain Network design
• Ensure target Capacity-to-Demand ratio is maintained across all our supply base. Build mitigation plans for capacity crunches
• Ensure target suppliers’ split and allocation is maintained as per contracted terms
• Investigate incidents reported and ensure systematic issue resolution
• Build and Test our Business Continuity Plans for major supply shortages

• 5+ years of experience in one of the areas like supply chain planning, inventory planning, in-stock management, or procurement
• Demonstrated ability to investigate, root cause and action plan inefficiencies in processes and systems
• Demonstrated ability define and monitor process adherence metrics
• Strong and proven experience in multiple stakeholders management, with conflicting priorities
• The ability to craft long-term internal and external business relationships, manage change and provide strategic leadership is essential
• Superior analytical and data analysis skills, problem solving techniques, structuring of complex projects
• Capable to thrive in flexible team structure around the world with a healthy degree of uncertainty
• Structured methodology in approaching issues and leading improvement initiatives
• Language: English, other European languages considered a plus (German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Italian)
• Experience in working with Microsoft Office programs & G-Suite. Working knowledge of advanced ERP tools (SAP, Kinaxis) and intermediate programming skills (SQL, Tableau, Python) is a bonus
