The role - your passion

  • You support customer service by phone and in writing
  • You are the first contact for prospective customers as well as advisors for our existing customers for the products rent, subscription, myroadsurfer and spots.
  • You take over the individual support of our customers before, during and after their roadsurfer Journey 
  • You edit, update and cancel existing bookings or subscriptions 
  • In case of damage, breakdowns and complaints, if something goes wrong, you are the contact person

What you need to surf the wave with us

  • German and English business fluent in written and spoken language - further excellent language skills an advantage
  • Desire for the area of customer service / support and a job in the service sector
  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays, depending on shift schedule
  • A real passion for camping, travel, road trips and faraway countries
  • A positive mindset that our customers can feel through the phone 
  • Time for an internship for 3-6 months
