Your internship will be in our International Catalog Management department. We aim to directly impact the development of our global business and to make sure that our customers have the best shopping experience possible. We are responsible for the product information available onsite and have collaborative relationships with various stakeholders across the company including engineering, category management and suppliers. Our objective is to maintain perfect SKU information which is accurate and trustworthy for the customer to shop and throughout the catalog.

This is a hybrid role with an in-office expectation.

Your responsibilities include:

• Guide offshore team to ensure project implementation and ensure effective quality control 
• Analyze data and track the performance of multiple KPIs
• Root cause bugs and identify solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Collaborating and working with internal and external partners 

Qualifications:

• You are available for 6 months
• You are fluent in English, German is a plus
• You have strong communication and teamwork skills
• Confident and willing to learn new tasks, provide feedback where processes improvements are required
• You are able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• You have attention to detail and are able to work independently
• SQL is a plus or willingness to learn
