We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands on Inventory Officer to join our dynamic team at the HelloFresh Distribution Centre in Eastern Creek. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, ensuring accuracy in stock counts, and facilitating smooth operations within the supply chain. Key responsibilities include monitoring inventory movements, conducting regular audits, and collaborating with team members to optimize stock management processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong hands on experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency. Based in our new Eastern Creek production facility, you will be responsible for all Inventory duties on site. 

You will be required to work in a cold environment, Tuesday to Saturday 8am - 4pm.

You will…

• Maintain Inventory Control Systems and Practices
• Support and facilitate the replenishment of production lines
• Conduct cycle counts and maintain warehouse FEFO
• Receive incoming goods in an accurate and efficient manner
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required
• Work as a team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets

You have…

• Basic computer knowledge - MS office
• Willingness to learn
• Attention to detail
• Ability to adapt and embrace to change
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Great written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge in warehousing operations
• Passion for Inventory
• Familiarity with RF/WMS
• Forklift license or willingness to obtain one
