As a Software Engineering Intern of the Business System Engineering team, you will to deliver delightful digital experiences to our business teams and our customers. You will learn basic principles of Software Development to build and enhance the applications, integrations and backend systems for our internal business. As a Software engineer, you will develop custom applications, build backend data structures and apis.

The impact you will have:

  • Work with the IT Business System Engineering team to roll out new features and processes to help several teams such as HR, Finance and Customer Success
  • Participate in full Development Lifecycle: design, development, testing, documentation and operations in production environment
  • Build customized applications with a high degree of reliability, scalability and security

What we look for:

  • You will graduate in Fall 2024 or Spring 2025 with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Systems
  • You have implementation skills with a general purpose program language such as Python, Java, or C++
  • You have good knowledge of algorithms, data structures and OOP principles
  • You are excited to solve ambiguous problems with a collaborative team
  • You are excited to solve unique business problems and participate in a collaborative team environment.

Pay Range Transparency

Databricks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles.  Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
