IT Support Senior Manager (x/f/m)

Job descriptionWe are seeking an experienced IT support manager in order to provide Doctolibers with the best possible experience and to keep pace with Doctolib's strong growth thanks to the work of its IT Operations team.
The IT Operations team is composed of 15 technicians included 2 middle managers.
The first middle manager is the direct manager of the Service Desk and the other is the direct manager of the Ops group team.
Service Desk is the single point of entry for all IT requests and incidents from Doctolibers working in the 4 countries in which Doctolib currently operates (Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands) and provides the support level 1. The Ops group provides support level 2 and assists the project teams in their delivery.
You will be responsible for:- Being directly in charge of teams managing level 1 and level 2 incidents;
- Managing and growing the performance and career of your team;
- Ensuring business objectives are met as a team, by driving performance of each team member, with the support of your middle management;
- Empowering your team to build better solution and delivery high quality service;
- Working closely with IT leaders to set the roadmap for your team, and being the end-to-end owner of different support level and incident resolution;
- Leading cross functional initiatives to level-up our service quality;
- Partnering with Talent & People teams to recruit, develop and retain talent.
- Working closely with our external partners to maintain a high level of service quality.
- Manage the hardware budget (forecast, order, negotiation of purchase and leasing contracts).
- 5y+ experience in a similar position;
- Leadership and coaching skills;
- Have experience with managing remote teams;
- Understand the value of measuring efficiency through KPIs, and have a user first mindset;
- Knowledgeable on various IT domains including, but not only, mobile management (Android, iOS), Operating systems, dev tools for different development stacks;
- Ability to adapt to the most efficient technologies to solve issues;
- Proven experiences developing efficient, maintainable and secure processes;
- Fluent in English.
