IT Support Specialist (m/f/d)

IT operations are critical to the success of Usercentrics employees worldwide. The IT Operations Team is responsible for the systems, networks and services that Usercentrics employees rely on.
The technical environment in which the IT Support Technician works is diverse and ever-changing; from Google Workspace to Jira/Confluence, Slack, Miro, Asana, among others, with a mostly Windows-based computing environment, Google Meet conferencing rooms and a great working environment.
The IT Support Specialist is responsible for providing the best support to our employees based in our offices around the world or working remotely in this technological environment.
Context:
We are looking for a new IT Support Specialist to join our team and support Usercentrics's exponential growth in the EMEA region. Reporting to the IT Operations & Security Manager you will work closely with the other teams (HR, Platform etc).
You will also actively participate in maintaining and supporting the overall internal IT infrastructure, and contribute to its design and evolution, such as system automation for user account creation, user computer setup.
Your TasksAssist employees with their daily IT requests
Assisting in the onboarding of employees by cooperating with HR and hiring managers
Contribute to the maintenance and support of the global internal IT infrastructure in Usercentrics's offices in the EMEA region
You will also contribute to :
Operate/improve the IT inventory system and the existing IT ticketing tool
Participate in the documentation and knowledge base of the IT department
Communicate on services, and uses of existing or new tools to users
Experience in 1st/2nd level IT support
Experience in providing support on modern SaaS Cloud tools such as Google Workspace
3+ years experience in a similar role, ideally in a fast growing international environment
Very good experience in supporting Windows and Good experience in supporting Mac
Excellent written and spoken English and Danish language skills
You are known for your listening skills, your excellent sense of service and your always positive spirit
You are very organized in your work and can manage priorities
